It's important to hire a Licensed General Contractor for your project

A Licensed GC gives you the peace of mid that all permitting and codes are being adhered to and the construction will be done to a set of standards regulated by the state and counties you live in. Tripoint’s standards exceed all state and local regulations and we can assure you that the work being done will be done to your satisfaction.

Deck Repair/Rebuilds

Poorly constructed decks often accelerate the growth of “brown rot”. Brown rot is a fungus commonly found in North Carolina. It usually hides in the core of the wood maintaining the necessary moisture level for life by using the wood as a source of food. Brown rot is a big concern but finding it early and replacing the affected board could extend the life of your deck. Tri-Point Decks will thoroughly inspect your deck and rebuild it better than new.

We use only the Best Warrantied Materials

For the most part, decks are made of pressure treated lumber. New products have also been developed to increase custom decking options such as composite and vinyl decking. They come in several colors and styles to mirror the actual richness of hardwood but in our opinion nothing beast the look and feel of real wood real wood, the wood can be left in its natural color or it could be stained to any color you choose. If you prefer to go with a prismatic and textured surface that creates a natural looking custom deck that blends in with the rest of your home, we can provide that as well.
